Monaco-based Daro Film Distribution is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant for the sales department.
Key Duties:
- Daily email correspondence in English
- Updating the inventory of audiovisual rights on Excel
- Creating catalogues on the internal Daro system
- Managing and maintaining files, records and email correspondence (both hard and digital copies)
- Scheduling appointments for meetings, TV markets and Film Festivals
- Preparing files for those meetings
- Computer data entry
- Creating and updating film files within a local database
- Filing and general office duties.
Job Requirements:
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel +)0
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)
- Maximum attention to detail. Proficiency in data management.
- Good organizational skills
