Key Duties:
- Daily email correspondence in English
- Typing and following up on e-mail correspondence
- Dictaphone transcription
- Creating and updating film files within a local database
- Creating catalogues on the internal Daro system
- Updating the inventory of audiovisual rights on Excel
- Organizing international travel arrangements including preparing travel itineraries
- Scheduling appointments for meetings, TV markets and Film Festivals
- Preparing files for those meetings
- Filing and general office duties.
Job Requirements:
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)
- Maximum attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills
