The Labor Court Celebrates Its 80th Anniversary
On Wednesday, June 24, the Labor Court celebrated its 80th anniversary during an official ceremony attended by H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince.
Established by Law No. 446 of May 16, 1946, the Labor Court is an institution essential to the functioning of the Principality’s socioeconomic model. For eight decades, it has helped ensure social harmony by promoting dialogue, fairness, and respect for the rights of all parties in labor relations.
Committed to preserving social balance, the Princely Government reaffirms its support for the fundamental mission of the Labor Court, which investigates every case where the employer-employee relationship is strained.
Gathered to mark this anniversary, the members of the court—including its 48 volunteer assessors—as well as numerous officials, paid tribute to the Labor Court’s vital role in promoting social peace and dialogue among stakeholders in the world of work.
